In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, almost the entire global population laments the continuing lockdown and minimal free travel. But did you know that some men-mainly American inhabitants, even though they were free to do so, weren't the kind of outdoor venture?

In this regard, the EPA conducted an important study, in which they analyzed the participants' daily diary in detail. Through their analysis we found that an average American spent just eight per cent of his life outside.
The study goes back to 2001, and the EPA conducted an evaluation of the number of Americans exposed to pollutants on a daily basis. But it is widely used today for determining patterns in American lifestyle.

The study also notes that Americans are spending three-fourths of their lives in their homes or places of work.

The remaining 13 per cent is spent indoors elsewhere and 5.5 per cent is invested in vehicles. The spread of the novel coronavirus has drastically altered our daily lives with people being forced to stay indoors and allowing for exercise and required shopping just to leave their residence. Though many people are grumbling about the situation, there are others who enjoy quality time-even Americans with their children.

How do you spend your days lock-out time? Only let us know in the comments below!
