The United States Commission on Equal Opportunities for Jobs, also known as the United States; EEOC was founded with one goal in mind: to protect all employees and people who seek employment in any company from discrimination. The EEOC also takes up discrimination complaints from the public, no lawyer needed. When you are discriminated against, or have seen an employee discriminated against, for whatever reason, you can file a complaint with the EEOC to launch an investigation.
