The Karen Era: The Threat to Managers #infographic

There were 32,827 Karens born in the United States in 1965, representing 1.8 per cent of total births that year in the United States. This was the height of the Karen age, but 50 years later the world had no idea what the generation would unleash upon us "let me talk to your boss."

Not only that, 94 per cent of strong boss employees feel about twice as excited about their job as those working for a bad boss. A strong leader improves employee happiness and creates a conducive environment for achieving an organization's goals.

Additionally, a company with a good leader is almost five times more likely to experience higher levels of customer loyalty and retention.
