Trusting Remote Workers The New Normal #infographic

In 2019, one in ten Americans had worked at least once a week from home, but with Covid-19 gradually closing businesses around the world, more employers are sending their workers home indefinitely. But will the at-home staff be too disturbed by the everyday life activities taking place around them? Will they be focused, and productive?

Indeed, while decreasing stress rates and a better work-life balance, the vast majority of remote employees are enhancing productivity and focus. 106 per cent of workers at homeworking organizations have more commitment at work. Showing confidence in workers makes 76 per cent of employees feel more involved in assignments.

Trust also means lower levels of stress, with the study finding that 74% of employees claim that they feel valued when working remotely reduces levels of stress. Forty per cent of employees claim they are less likely to be burnout when they feel valued at their company. While feeling respected while working at home, the overall satisfaction with their lives is 29 percent higher.
