Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has raised over $11 million for his campaign, after having appeared in a live fundraiser video with former President Barack Obama. The number has helped drive the campaign 's finances high enough to compete favorably with Donald Trump 's fundraising results, along with a reported $81 million in fundraising for may.
Biden's campaign has now raised over $210 million during his candidacy according to OpenSecrets. Though those numbers are still short of the projected $287 million boost from Trump, since the beginning of the year, Biden's campaign has seen large increases in donations every month.
