Imagine two websites of the same business line in the same geographic area, which represent organizations of varying scale. Both firms believe they are each other's biggest rival. Both businesses seek to boost revenue by recruiting new consumers and both decided to achieve the target by introducing a website that will make it easy for prospective buyers to find their way around.
The comparisons end here. Company A has decided to build and operate the website, using a web development agency. Company A has spent tens of thousands of dollars in its internet ads and new website initiative. This process has been going on for several months, and continues. Business A should plan to in the near future be paying monthly payments, and with little or no immediate return on the investment.
