The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was established in the United States on 29 December 1979, under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. As an American Department of Labor, it works to ensure the workers have safe and equal working conditions for businesses across America. It offers assistance, training, and growth of the workforce throughout the U.S. They would certainly result in heavy OSHA fines when it is found that an organization has breaches at its operating locations.
